Dennis Hilgendorf, MPH was born in Manama, Bahrain and lived there until his family moved back to the U.S. to Nashville, Tennessee where Dennis attended middle school and then back abroad to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates where Dennis completed high school. Dennis is a recent MPH graduate holding a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the New York University School of Global Public Health with demonstrated interests in mental health and social epidemiology research in developmental and humanitarian settings with intersections of psychoanalytical and sociological principles and advanced data science and statistics modeling. Dennis also holds a B.A. in Global Public Health and Anthropology from New York University where he co-led initiatives on peer health education through a non-profit called Peer Health Exchange in underserved New York City public schools.
