Belinda Carrasco

Belinda Carrasco is a clinical psychologist whose work has focused on HIV prevention and care, LGBTQ and Latinx mental health, personality disorders, risk assessment, and intersectional multicultural competency. She has worked in hospital and community mental health settings, as an attending psychologist in the National Institute of Psychiatry in Mexico City, and as an assistant clinical professor and director of the Lucy A. Wicks Clinic at the Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Department at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. Carrasco has presented papers and research at conferences worldwide and is an editor of the forthcoming Sexual Fantasy and Psychopathology: Clinical and Empirical Perspectives (Karnack Books).
