Restorative practice allows community members to collectively resolve how to move toward healing and justice for the aggrieved after an offense. Loving accountability allows support and guidance for community members while minimizing reoccurrence of bias incidents.
What does restorative practice and loving accountability look like?
When a community member has experienced a bias incident, microaggressions, or other harmful behavior from faculty, administrators, students, or staff, appropriate action will be taken to address the concern, provide support, and offer guidance, education, and training to those that require it.
