Metro's CSS Hosts The Absence of the Black Educator: Why Representation Matters Panel

Metro's Center for Strategic Solutions hosts The Absence of the Black Educator: Why Representation Matters panel on Tuesday, May 7th, 2019 at 5-730pm. The panel discussion will center on how the historical and contemporary racial makeup of the teaching force impacts teaching and learning. Panelists will include educators, artists, and activists who will engage in a rich dialogue that will leave you thinking about your own role in the liberation of our young people. CSS invites all educators, social workers, counselors, parents and anyone who serves young people.
