Film Scoring Graduates Score for the Big Screen

It has been a very successful and exciting year for our alumni and current graduate students. Agatha Kaspar (’11) has completed her second feature film with director Mark Raso, Kodachrome (starring Ed Harris, Jason Sudeikis, and Elizabeth Olsen), which premiered at TIFF and was recently acquired by Netflix. Recent graduates Ariel Marx (’15) scored Jennifer Fox’s The Tale (starring Laura Dern, Jason Ritter, Elizabeth Debicki, and John Heard) and Lillie McDonough (’17) scored Lydia Dean Pilcher and Ginny Mohler’s Radium Girls (starring Colby Minifie and Joey King) which are due to premiere this festival season. We also congratulate current graduate student Gavin Brivik (‘18), who scored Kevin Wilson Jr.’s My Nephew Emmett, which recently won a Student Academy Award and now qualifies for the 90th Academy Awards.
