Faculty at the American Music Therapy Association Conference

NYU Steinhardt Music Therapy faculty was well-represented at the American Music Therapy Association Annual Conference, which took place November 13-19, 2017, in St. Louis. Professor Kenneth Aigen (far right with Professor Alan Turry) was awarded the 2017 Arthur Flagler Fultz Research Fund Award for his study “Music in Everyday Autistic Life: The Meaning of Music for Autistic Adults.” The award is given to one applicant annually.
