Applying to this non-credit program consists of two steps:

Step 1: Submitting Your Online Application

Starting an Application

If you have not started an NYU application before, then you must login as a "New User".

If you have applied to a MPAP Summer Program in the past, then you will need to login as a "Returning User" (inputting the same email login as previously used).

If you have forgotten the login/password please use the helpful links below the login for assistance.

The email address used to create an application will be the email address the University will use to communicate with you.

Proof of English Proficiency (International Students Only)

All International Students need to provide a proof of English proficiency. 

Acceptable forms of proof of English proficiency 

Please note: Applicants from the following countries do not need to submit proof of English language proficiency: Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Visa Information 
(International Students Only)

If admitted, international summer students will need a visa status of F1 in order to attend. For most international applicants this will mean you will need your F1 Visa to be sponsored by NYU.

If you already attend a US Institution, your current school may already be sponsoring your F1 Visa and you will not need NYU to sponsor your F1 Visa.

Step 2: Uploading Your Audition Submission & Supplemental Material

After you submit your application successfully, you will be sent an email link to the website GetAcceptd where you can upload your audition material and pay the $55 application fee.

Audition Requirements

Submit your professional teaching resume which you may attach in GetAcceptd. There are program specific questions asked that are required by the program directors. These questions will be completed within the GetAcceptd application.

Please note: You must have your application number available in order to successfully begin the audition submission step (provided when completing the online application - step 1).

How to complete

The link to GetAcceptd is automatically emailed to applicants when they complete the online application (to the email used when creating the login within the online application).

NOTE: Although some programs do not require an audition submission, all applicants are required to completed this step of the MPAP Summer Programs application. Program specific questions may be asked.

Login

Once you find your summer program of interest within the pull down menus, you will need to "Sign Up" with a new login in GetAcceptd.

Note: This can be the same login information you used for the online application or it can be different if preferred.

Application Fee

$55 (non-refundable)

Payment is made at the end of the GetAcceptd submission
