Pilar Victoria

Project Manager, ROSES

Pilar Victoria serves as a multi-project manager overseeing key components of ROSES research, the ROSES advocacy supervision team, as well as the evaluation component of the Girls Justice Initiative. As an undergraduate, Pilar was an advocate for ROSES, where she worked with an adolescent girl involved in the legal system to foster a positive pro-social lifestyle by identifying need areas and quality community-based services. Her research interests include the role of gender in the development of delinquent and violent behavior, the implementation and evaluation of interventions for youth involved in the juvenile legal system, and the field of juvenile justice reform. Pilar received her B.S. in Applied Psychology and her M.A. in Human Development and Social Intervention in the Applied Psychology Department at New York University.
