The Collideoscope Repertory Theatre Company (CTRC), housed in the NYU Graduate Program in Drama Therapy, presents Radical Love which explores the diversity of ways in which we care for each other and the intersections of LGBTQ+ and BIPOC love. This production will feature excerpts from the work of four prolific BIPOC and queer playwrights: Tanya Barfield, Aziza Barnes, Donja R. Love, and Anya Pearson. Performances will be followed by reflections from Aunrée Houston, Dr. Joy Kristin Kalu, and other guests.
The CRTC’s mission is to advance racial justice and healing through performance and beloved community. The company is composed of students, alums, and partnering artists. The CTRC launched in 2020 under the leadership of Artistic Director and NYU Drama Therapy Alum, Adam Stevens.
