The Critical Topics in Food event series is back! Please join food studies pioneer Marion Nestle as she sits down with food and restaurant consultant Clark Wolf to discuss her most recent book, Let's Ask Marion: What You Need to Know About the Politics of Food, Nutrition, and Health. Marion and Clark will explore the social, political, and economic issues that give rise to our contemporary food systems and culture. Marion will answer some of the most urgent questions of our current moment. What constitutes a healthy diet? Why does hunger persist? What is food's relationship to global warming and sustainability? Find out the answers to these questions and more when we Ask Marion!
