9:30 - 10:00 am: Registration

10:00 - 10:15 am: Welcome and Introductions

10:20 - 11:00 am: Ensemble Rehearsals - 
Flute Choir, Double Reed Choir, Clarinet Choir, Saxophone Choir 

11:00 - 11:45 am: Workshops (Instrument Specific)

11:45 am - 1:00 pm: Lunch (off-campus), Exhibits open 

1:00 - 2:00 pm: Exhibitor Presentations 

2:15 - 3:15 pm: Faculty Master Classes (Instrument Specific)

3:20 - 3:50 pm: Student Q&A Session

4:00 - 5:00 pm: Final Concert featuring all participating students and NYU students
