Department Scholarships

Student scholarships honor Applied Psychology masters and doctoral students who have achieved distinction in various areas of psychological research, practice, or dedication to the department. All masters and doctoral students are invited and encouraged to submit applications for all applicable scholarships during the Fall term.

Social Justice Programming

Each academic program within the department has its own series of social justice programming that cover a range of topics related to the areas of power and privilege, equity and inclusion, destigmatizing mental health, and critical consciousness in psychology. These Series that explored the intersection of the arts and psychology through workshops, film screenings, and professionals who use art and music to support positive wellness outcomes within the community.

    Q.U.E.S.T Program

    The Applied Psychology QUEST Program seeks to increase underrepresented students' opportunities to get into applied psychology doctoral degree programs by providing a 10-summer research-intensive. Students receive research mentorship and workshops about graduate school admissions.
