"Choosing Wisely: Implications for Occupational Therapy"
AOTA has been involved in the "Choosing Wisely Campaign" for the past few years. The goal of this campaign is to increase dialogue between occupational therapy practitioners and clients to make wise decisions about care that is supported by evidence, not duplicative of other services already received, free from harm, and truly necessary.
This lecture will review our profession’s involvement with the campaign and discuss implications and controversies
