Multilingual Multicultural Studies program is an administrative unit of the Department of Teaching and Learning that covers four distinct but related degree programs: bilingual education, foreign language education, the teaching of English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) and Advanced Certificate programs. These programs are committed to cultivating an appreciation for cultural diversity in various educational settings based on the belief that fluency in two or more languages is better than fluency in one.
