Graduated from New York University, School of Education.Became a teacher, guidance counselor and assistant principal in the Department of Education, New York City public school system, supervising, evaluating and developing programs for children with severe emotional disorders. Currently, a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Teaching and Learning, Content Director, Programs in Special Education, teaching both graduate and undergraduate Special Education courses, supervising and advising graduate and undergraduate students and mentoring new Special Education Supervisors. Degrees held: B.S. - New York University M.A., New York University, Ed.D - Teachers College, Columbia University.
