Intersession and Summer Study Abroad

Steinhardt offers January Intersession and Summer study abroad options to upper-class undergraduates (students who have earned 64+ credits by the time the program begins) in a variety of academic fields.  You will earn 3-6 credits while you immerse yourself in a topic and a place for three weeks or more. Pursue individual research in a global context. Meet leaders in your field. Attend performances, visit museums, encounter historical sites as you gain global exposure in an intensive format.

 Dean's Research Travel Colloquium

NYU Steinhardt also offers academically qualified undergraduates the opportunity to study and learn abroad during January intersession and spring break through the Dean's Research Travel Colloquium, which requires special application through the Office of Student Affairs in March or April each year.
