How to Apply
APPLY NOW for Summer 2014:
- Current NYU students - Log in to NYU Home, click on the "Academics" tab, and then log in to Albert. Upon logging in to Albert you will see a "Student Center" heading in bold letters. Click on the link, "Steinhardt Global Programs Application" to begin your application.
- Visiting students - Click here to complete an application. Please note, as part of your application, you will be required to upload a one-page personal statement and resume, as well as mail a hard copy of transcript(s) from all institutions where you have earned a degree, before receiving an official admissions decision.
Summer Study Abroad
All information sessions have now passed. Individual appointments are available upon request. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a meeting.
Intersession/Spring Break Study Abroad
Information session dates to be posted in late spring.
NYU Steinhardt Global Programs are open to graduate and undergraduate students from all NYU Schools, Non-NYU graduate students and professionals who are not enrolled at an academic institution (Note: At this time Non-NYU undergraduates are not eligible to apply to Steinhardt Global Programs) Participants may earn 3-6 academic credits or participate for non-credit. Non-credit participation is available for select, qualified graduate students or for professionals who have completed a bachelor’s degree and have related work experience. Not all programs accept undergraduates. Please refer to details on the program page.
All students are required to submit an online application, and then accept/decline their offer of admission via a nonrefundable $500 deposit. This deposit is due within two weeks of acceptance, and will count toward the Housing and Activity Fees associated with your program.

- Visiting students - Click here to complete an application. Please note, as part of your application, you will be required to upload a one-page personal statement and resume, as well as mail a hard copy of transcript(s) from all institutions where you have earned a degree, before receiving an official admissions decision. You will be notifified with your admissions decision at the email you provided in your application.
