Join Dr. Deborah Borisoff, Professor of Media, Culture, and Communication, for a hands-on workshop on public speaking for non-native English speakers. Whether you have a big presentation coming or want to take away the fear factor of speaking in class, this workshop will teach you to organize your thoughts and make crystal clear points.

Let’s Talk International is a semi-structured discussion group and safe space for study abroad returnees, international students, third culture kids, and anybody interested in international/intercultural experiences to explore topics such as identity development, cultural adjustment, cross-cultural relationships, and general navigation of life across cultures.

Audition for the NYU Choruses!

The NYU Choral Arts Society is the official choral program of New York University. It consists of six choirs, each with a unique identity and style. The Society welcomes participation from the entire University and surrounding community. Concerts are performed on campus, as well as venues throughout the city.
Auditions to be held on:
Saturday, January 31 at 35 West 4th Street, Room 1102, and
Sunday, February 1 at 35 West 4th Street, Room 985
From 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on both days

Vagina Monologues – Call for Auditions – January 21-22, 2015

For the sixth consecutive year the Domestic Violence Advocacy Project is producing the 2015 Vagina Monologues on February 11th, 12th, and 13th. We want YOU to be part of the cast! Auditions, which are open to all NYU graduate women, will be taking place on Wednesday, January 21st and Thursday, January 22nd from 5pm to 10pm in Vanderbilt Hall, Room 210. The time commitment is minimal and the experience is incredible. You need not be available on every performance night to participate, and we can work around your schedule in casting. Absolutely no prior theatre or acting experience is necessary – we would love to have you be a part of the show! Sign up here.
