Join representatives from the Wasserman Center and Steinhardt Student Affairs for an interactive workshop on strategies for successfully applying to Graduate School, and other options post-undergrad. After attending this workshop, you will be able to answer the question, Why Grad School? Contemplate your values and their relationship to career goals, as well as learn the steps you’ll need to take to apply to the right program for you.

Safe Zone is a campus wide program designed to visibly identify students, staff, and faculty who support the LGBTQ population, understand some of the issues facing LGBTQ individuals, and are aware of various LGBTQ resources. The three hour training session provides a foundation of knowledge needed to be an effective ally to LGBTQ students and those questioning their sexuality and gender identity.

All Steinhardt faculty, administrators, staff, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, of all departments, are invited to participate.

CROSSROADS Career Planning Workshop – Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 12:30 pm

CROSSROADS Career Planning Workshop is designed to heighten student awareness to the skills and experiences needed to survive and thrive toward a meaningful professional future by utilizing university resources. During this workshop, we will explore four areas crucial to professional success during and after college: Professional Development, Leadership Development, Academic Assessment and Skills/Interest Re-Evaluation.

The Steinhardt Office of Student Affairs invite the NYU Naughty Knitters to share their talents with the NYU community.  We are hosting some good crochet and knitting fun. Amateurs and experts are welcome!  All completed items will go to a charitable cause in our community.  We invite you to come out and explore this most enjoyable and relaxing craft. Lunch will be served.
