After the Dissertation – Thursday, October 20, 2016

NYU Libraries has a great upcoming session for doctoral students offering practical information and strategies for those completing their PhD dissertations and considering how best to share their scholarly work–as journal articles or a book, in print and digital form. Topics include your rights as an author, how to think strategically about your publishing choices, what you need to know about copyright, and more. The session is led by Monica McCormick, Program Officer for Digital Scholarly Publishing in the Libraries and at NYU Press and April Hathcock, Scholarly Communications Librarian.
