Feeling stressed out as we move into Finals Season? Discover how our bodies and minds respond to stress, which we can use to our advantage in practices that help us de-stress. Come discuss what self care means to you, and find out strategies to incorporate this practice into your daily life, even if you only have a minute to spare!  We’ll raffle off self-care prizes and conclude with a grounding mindfulness practice.
