SHC Self-Improvement Classes & Group Counseling

When you’re preparing your schedule for the Spring semester, you may want to schedule a little ‘me’ time. The Student Health Center sponsors an on-going series of Self-Improvement Classes (for example, Stress Clinics, Time Management, Life Skills) as well Group Counseling Sessions (Making Peace with Food and Recognizing Your Social Potential are just two of many).
