Jonathan N. Winters joined the Research Alliance in 2009 while studying towards his Masters in Information Technology. He provides all sorts of technical services from tech support and systems administration to information security planning and implementation, authoring of computer scripts, user and administrative documentation, and end-user training.  Overall, Jonathan provides technical solutions to facilitate the day-to-day research mission and agenda of the Research Alliance.

Jonathan earned his B.S. in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Information Technology, from Cornell University in 2005. He earned his M.S. in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2010. Jonathan loves learning about all things technology and has a passion for leveraging technology to solve problems and to provide a foundation for business and education. He continues to expand his knowledge and horizons by taking professional development courework in systems administration and information security at NYU.
