Graduate Assistantships
This Department appoints two graduate assistants each year. Responsibilities include assisting course instructors with the preparation and teaching of the Pre-Physical Therapy New Student Seminar for undergraduate students; assisting the faculty with department projects such as updating and maintaining alumni mailing lists; clerical duties: and assisting the Chair with special assignments. Appointees work in the department a maximum of 20 hours per week and receive a stipend and tuition remission.

Student Employee Positions
The Department employs two work-study students to assist in general clerical duties such as filing and light word-processing; tabulating data from surveys; assisting faculty with special projects; and assisting the Department's administrative assistants. Students work for a maximum of 20 hours per week and receive an hourly salary. Employment hours are flexible and are structured to permit students to develop a reasonable course schedule and allocate study time appropriately. Undergraduate and graduate students will be considered for these positions.
