Anita Perr, a Clinical Assistant Professor in New York University's Department of Occupational Therapy, lectures on topics such as seating and positioning and adaptive computer technology as part of the NYU DPT program's course in Prescription, Application, and as Appropriate, Fabrication of Assistive, Adaptive, Orthotic, Protective, Supportive, and Prosthetic Devices and Equipment. Professor Perr, who received her MA in Occupational Therapy from NYU in 1995, is a certified Assistive Technology Practitioner and a member of the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA).
