Music Business

Briefly tell us why you chose your program:
I am lucky enough to have parents who instilled a deep appreciation and love of music in me from a young age. One of my all time favorite albums to this day is "Graceland" by Paul Simon, I was perhaps 10 when I flipped it over and realized it was recorded the year before I was born. It was then I realized what awesome music was created before I ever existed! In short, music has always been my life. In college I began working in live concerts and became hooked; I was so excited when I found this program since I never imaged I could blend my experience and passion with academics. After meeting the professors and fellow students, I knew I'd found the right place for me!
