Briefly tell us why you chose your program:
For my major (Speech-Language Pathology or SLP), everyone must receive their master's degree in order to be a certified licensed SLP. Attending NYU's program was an excellent choice because of its high academic standards, reputation, and location (NYC). These qualities were appealing to me, since I am in the competitive health care field and determined to make a positive impact in my community. Receiving my master's degree at NYU Steinhardt will ultimately place me in the best position to achieve my career goals.
