Steinhardt's master's students bring a wealth of professional experience to their studies and a passion for learning. They have worked as urban park rangers, professional choreographers, toy demonstrators, and foundation program officers. They've won dozens and dozens of awards for their academic, music, poetry, and artistic talents. Soup cans, movie tickets, playbills, and Tibetan paintings are some of the things they collect. They arrive in New York from Orlando, Ontario, New Orleans, and Oklahoma. They dream of joining Doctors Without Borders or being a part of the United Nations. Learn more about their favorite books, the professors who have inspired them the most, where they hang out around campus, and what they plan to do when they graduate.
