Frederick R. Tripp - M.S., R.D., C.D.N. - Fred Tripp is the advising coordinator for the graduate nutrition program and teaches the field experience course. His interests include professional development, geriatric nutrition and nutrition counseling.

Kelila Jaffe - Kelila is an advisor for the graduate food studies program. She teaches Food & Society and Techniques of Regional Cuisine.  

Kelli Ranieri - Kelli is the Department Administrator and a central resource for the Department. She is a graduate of the Child Psychology program at the School of Continuing and Professional Studies and won NYU’s Violet Award for Outstanding Service to NYU in 2003-04.

Tara Tempone - Tara is an Administrative Aide II who joined the department in 2010.  She has worked in higher education for over 3 years.
