Clinical Nutrition, Community Public Health, Food Studies, or Food Management

The Department offers master's degrees in three areas: Nutrition and Dietetics (M.S.), Community Public Health (M.P.H.) and Food Studies (M.A.). The program in Nutrition and Dietetics has two areas of concentration. Clinical Nutrition leads to dietetic registration, the R.D. credential offered by the American Dietetic Association. The master's program in Foods and Nutrition provides advanced nutrition training for students who already hold the RD or for those who do not need or want to obtain it.
