NYU Steinhardt Alumni's Global Experience Featured in Food and Travel Magazine

Leah Kirts and Maggie Tauranac, alumni of NYU Steinhart’s MA in Food Studies program, collaborated to produce a travel article published in Saveur magazine.  The piece recounts a visit to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib – the largest Sikh temple in Delhi, India – that serves nearly 10,000 vegetarian meals a day.  Kirts and Tauranac participated in the Global Food Cultures: India study abroad program in January 2016.  NYU Steinhardt's Department of Nutrition and Food Studies is offering graduate study abroad programming in ChinaCubaIsrael, and Puerto Rico in 2018.
