Dr. Hiro Yoshikawa awarded $750,000 grant from Catalyst Foundation

Dr. Hirokazu Yoshikawa, co-Director of NYU's Global TIES for Children (TIES), received a grant in the amount of $750,000 from the Catalyst Foundation for Universal Education. The award will support the MENA section of the Global TIES initiative "Education Quality and Learning for All (EQUAL) Global Research Network." The regional sections of the EQUAL network will lead and coordinate activities that revolve around intra-regional convenings to foster collaboration and learning, and seed grants intended to build regional research capacity, and support the development of research-practice partnerships with national and sub-national government entities and high capacity NGOs.
