Drs. Erin O'Connor, Sandee McClowry, Meghan McCormick, and Elise Cappella awarded $1,094,603 grant from IES

Drs. Erin O'Connor (PI), Sandee McClowry, Meghan McCormick, and Elise Cappella (Co-PIs) were recently awarded a grant by IES in the amount of $1,094,603. The project, titled "Does Early Intervention Benefit Social-Emotional & Academic Development in Middle School?: A Follow-up Study of INSIGHTS," will examine the efficacy of the INSIGHTS into Children's Temperament intervention, which uses a temperament framework to recognize how children differ in their reactions to stressful situations and apply strategies that enhance children's self-regulation.
