Pamela Levy Named Director of Princeton Ballet School

As reported in the New Jersey Stage, The Princeton Ballet School has named alumna Pamela Levy director of its ballet school. Having earned her MA in Dance Education’s American Ballet Theatre Pedagogy track, Levy is well positioned to take on this new role. Before attending NYU, Levy received her BFA at Rutgers University.

Levy currently teaches at Princeton University, the Mason Gross School of the Arts, and the American Ballet Theatre. She has danced professionally with the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Murray Louis and Nikolais Dance, Simona Bucci’s Imago Dance Theatre, Don Redlich Dance Company, and others.

The Princeton Ballet School enrolls 1,200 students ranging from three-year-olds to adults, teaching ballet, modern dance, jazz, hip-hop, CardioBallet, and CoMBo (Conditioning for the Mind and Body).
