Prof. Lisa Sasson presents at prestigious Weitzman Institute in Israel

Nutrition Professor Lisa Sasson recently presented at the prestigious Weitzman Institute in Israel, a leading multidisciplinary research institute.  The forum was a discussion of the present and future trends of the americanization of the Israeli food system.  Sasson presented specifically on sustainable nutrition in the US.  Below find a brief synopsis of her presentation.
