Registration Information

Deadline: 1 week prior to each module. Weekend Intensives are open to physical therapists only. Seating is limited to 30. Participants may register for individual weekend modules.

Cost: $400 per module; Volume discount: $1,400 for four; Group rate (3 or more taking the same module): $350 per module.
