The Department of Occupational Therapy would like to extend its congratulations to the following faculty members who will be participating at the upcoming 15th World Federation of Occupational Therapists World Congress (WFOT), this coming May 2010, in Santiago, Chile.
Dr. Kristie Koenig will be presenting "Listening to Perspectives of Individuals with Autism: Intervention Model for Adolescents and Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders," and Professors Anita Perr and Sheri Wadler will be presenting their poster, "New Trends in Multicultural Education: Disability in a Global Context, an Intersession Course in Ghana, Africa." Teaching Assistant and PhD candidate, Siaw Chui Chai, will also be participating at the conference and will be presenting her poster, co-authored by Dr. Jim Hinojosa, "Enabling Optimal Daily Hand Function for Clients with Flexor Tendon Injury."
