Money Magazine Names Physical Therapist as #7 Job in the U.S.

The NYU Department of Physical Therapy is excited to note that Money magazine listed Physical Therapist at #7 on its annual list of the top jobs in the United States (Money, November 2009).  As seen in Money, "Medical advances that allow a growing number of people with injuries and disabilities to survive are spurring demand, says Marc Goldstein, senior director of research at the American Physical Therapists Association. And hey, baby boomers' knees aren't getting any younger: An aging population means more chronic conditions that need physical therapy treatment."

Just one more reason to make physical therapy your vocation and NYU your educational institution.
