M. Suarez-Orozco: Home Depot's Bi-Lingual Signage Speaks to Latin American Immigrants' Economic Force

Home Depot has announced that its in-store signage in all new stores will be in both English and Spanish—a decision that does not surprise Marcelo Suarez-Orozco.

Because of the large percentage of immigrants coming of Latin America, wealth generated by Spanish-speaking residents in the U.S. will approach $1 trillion by the end of the decade, he told the New York Sun’s Gary Shapiro.
