Ms. Watson has been the coordinator of the center based Special Education and Creative Arts Therapy Program at Step By Step Infant Developmental Center for the past 18 years. For the past 6 years she has been working at Women's League Community Residences (Residential Treatment Facilities for Infants and Young Children) on a Music Therapy grant. She is a member of the adjunct faculty in Music Therapy at New York University and acts as a Music Therapy Process Leader and Clinical Fieldwork and Internship Supervisor. She has lectured extensively throughout the United States and Europe on a variety of Music Therapy topics. Ms. Watson maintains a private practice in Brooklyn, assists in developing Music Therapy programs in schools and does private supervision.
