Starting January 15, 2016, the MPAP Summer Programs Application will be open for all 2016 applicants. Please note, that although we accept applications on a rolling basis, each program has specific individual deadlines.  Make sure to refer to the deadlines posted on each of the individual program pages. 

Please feel free to browse the information for the various programs MPAP has to offer.  Please note the information that is currently available to you  is information from Summer 2015.  Specific program information may change (i.e. dates, tuition, deadlines, audition requirements, etc.), and will be updated on a rolling basis as we get new information in. 


Welcome to our Music and Performing Arts Professions (MPAP) Summer Programs. Every summer, students ranging from high school students to professionals participate with NYU artist faculty, performing artists, and industry professionals within our varied and exhilarating MPAP courses and workshops. These programs offer master classes, private lessons, and performance opportunities that can benefit your artistic development.

We have a plethora of dynamic programs in music, dance, and theater. Some workshops include music theatre, chamber music, jazz improvisation, film scoring, and music business.
