Theory, Aural Comp, and Music History Dates for Incoming Undergraduate and Graduate Students

Advance sign-up is not required.  Undergraduate students do not take the Music History exam, only Graduate students (see below) take the Music History exam.

Graduate Exams Information

Graduate Placement Exams in music theory, ear training, and music history are required of students entering all graduate programs in music (excluding Music Business students who do not take these tests; Music Therapy students only take the Theory test).  For additional information, please see Graduate Theory and History Placement Exam Information
