Nate Morgan is a junior in the Program in Vocal Performance studying classical voice in the studio of Scott Murphree. He made his NYU debut in the ensemble of last year’s chamber opera, Cendrillon, and subsequently appeared in Steinhardt’s production of Kurt Weill’s Street Scene. He will be performing as Figaro in NYU's Spring 2013 production of The Marriage of Figaro.
Some of his favorite regional roles include Jack (Into The Woods), Koko (The Mikado), Bingly (Pride and Prejudice) and Lieutenant Cable (South Pacific). Nate feels blessed to be able to sing repertoire that he is genuinely passionate about, and to be in a program that supports and encourages him every day.
