*All music minor students must take the music theory placement examination administered by the Music Theory Director. Students who need remedial theory/aural comprehension will be assigned to MPATC-UE 0018, Basic Musicianship, 4 points, as a prerequisite for Music Theory I and Aural Comprehension I. Basic Musicianship, MPATC-UE 0018, cannot be used toward the 16‐24 points total for the Music Minor.
