The Provincetown Players was an amateur group of actors, writers, and artists who came together to create and perform new works by American playwrights, first in Provincetown, Massachusetts in 1915 and then in Greenwich Village at the Provincetown Playhouse in 1916. The Provincetown Players helped to launch the careers of Eugene O'Neill, Susan Glaspell, and others.
Will be presented as part of the ongoing celebration of the re-opening of the historic Provincetown Playhouse.
