Technical Assistance Center of Disproportionality
Services
| The TACD project provides technical
assistance, professional development, and follow-up support to districts and
regional networks in New York State. The
services are intended to support the efforts of identified districts and regions
to address the disproportional representation of minority students in special
education. The project's framework is delivered in a two-tiered approach. Tier-1
focuses on districts and individuals and Tier-II on state and regional networks.
Services are provided in the following capacity: |
