The ultimate goal of the Metro Center is to fulfill the potential and promises of today's under served children and youth. In order to do so, the Center's services must reach all levels of the education community. Current projects and programs involve working with the following groups:

• New York State Education Department
• SURR (Schools under Registration Review)
• Disabled and disadvantaged high school students
• Limited English-proficient students
• Community school districts
• Parents, teachers, and principals
