The Center for Professional Development provides support services that encompass all discipline areas and grade levels. The primary focus is on teacher instruction linked to improved student outcomes. Our supports include, but are not limited to, job-embedded coaching, training on key instructional paradigms, workshops, and institutes. Our work is research based and is delivered by experts in the fields of literacy, mathematics, English Language Learners, and Special Education. We tailor our services to meet the specific needs of teachers within each building working collaboratively with districts, networks, school leadership teams, parents, and other stakeholders. Each individual professional development plan is designed to promote teacher growth in Charlotte Danielson's Framework of Teaching and to maximize student accessibility and outcomes in meeting the rigor of the Common Core Standards.
