The Adolescent Post-Secondary Education Exchange Program (APEX) Scholars program is a program of the Metro Center's School Services Center and is funded by the Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs Foundations. The Program services a cadre of 11th grade students enrolled at Bronx international, Louis D. Brandeis and Manhattan Theater Lab High Schools in New York City.
