Here you will also find instructions for the UCAIHS Clearance Process for Students, should your project require IRB approval. Both students and faculty should contact the Office of Research once they have decided to apply for external funding.

NYU's Office of Sponsored Programs posts overhead and fringe rates, EIN/TIN, and other university information that might be required for your application.

The SSRC's Art of Writing Proposals should be required reading for all new applicants, particularly those who are applying for SSRC and other Social Sciences-related funding.
